About Me
Hi there! I’m Sarah, the face behind the lens here at Red Barn Photography.
Seven years ago, my husband and I bought a house and a piece of land in Napan NB. My dream was to build a barn in our back yard for our horses. So we set to work and with time, patience, and overwhelming support from our neighbours and friends, that dream became a reality.
Sometimes, amidst the chaos of everyday life, the barn provides a space for me to slow down, reflect, and ground myself. It is a reminder that dreams are possible with hard work, help, and a little luck.
My journey in photography began as a hobby. But, much like the Red Barn, it became a space for me to slow down, reflect, and ground myself amidst the chaos of everyday life. It's where I go to find solace, and connection in the world around me. Every click of the shutter is an opportunity to freeze time, and recognize the beauty in the little moments that often go unnoticed.
What started as a hobby, has blossomed into an unexpected side business, allowing me to blend my love for photography with the opportunity to connect with others. Every click of the shutter is an opportunity to tell a story, whether it’s a candid smile, a stolen glance, or the beauty of every day life. A camera has the ability freeze time, and create a photo that resonates with emotion and authenticity.
So, welcome! Take a look “Around The Red Barn”, and reach out if you feel inclined.
